My Work

In his career of over two decades, James has been involved in some of the world's largest patent acquisitions, divestitures, licensing deals, and litigation. He's worked on bleeding-edge technologies in cloud computing, smartphones, and e-commerce; most recently with applied AI. He's already on the top-200 all-time Canadian inventor list, and is now spending his current chapter focused on helping others identify and protect their innovation strategically and practically. He has significant experience both in R&D labs and in conference halls. His goals for the next decade are to spend more time in the boardroom.
